- The next ACT test is October 23rd! with the Registration deadline September 17th. Late registration is up until October 1, 2010. There is an extra $21 late fee. Cost for the test this year is $33.00 and the writing test is an extra $15.00. The cost includes sending your results to 4 colleges of your choice.

September 17th: Final registration for October 23rd ACT test
September 24th: United Way Day of Caring

- SENIORS: Please check the scholarship link at the top of the page to search for local scholarships. Please note that each of these scholarships have deadlines for their applications
IMPORTANT: Remember that the application for financial aid is FREE. Do not pay to fill out the FAFSA!!!
- Just a reminder that when you schedule your college visits, you must have a note from home into Mr. Lee 2 days before you plan on going to the college. See pg.7 of the student handbook for complete details. You can also schedule these visits with your school counselor. This year a change has been made. The juniors and seniors are now allowed 2 days for college or military visits.
"News you can use" from ACT. This is a monthly newsletter that has a lot of information on preparing for college. Some of the topics include: Why go to college?, College planning, Questions to ask during a college visit. Please click on the link and get some great information on college.
Check out the new FAFSA forecaster on the Financial Aid page. This is a great tool for high school juniors to help them estimate the amount of financial aid they will receive.
